Taco Bell

Based in California, Taco Bell is another of America's most popular fast food chains with over 6,500 locations across the United States. They specialize in Tex-Mex fast food and can be recognized by the unique purple bell on their signs as well as their logo: 'Liv Mas.' Taco Bell serves more than 2 billion customers per year and is unique in the fact that you can often find the store combined with another (such as KFC or Pizza Hut). These unique double restaurants give more combinations for customers to choose from and a more unique look and feel to the restaurant itself.

What to Expect When Interviewing

Like other fast food chains, Taco Bell has a fairly laid back system for applications. Applicants can apply online or in person. After putting in an application you can expect to wait at least 1 week before hearing anything from the restaurant itself. Some franchises send an email with an interview date and time while others will have to store manager call personally. After the initial interview with the shift manager of that day some applicants will move onto an interview with the store's manager. Assuming all goes well an applicant can expect a phone call within 2 weeks in order to complete a background and check and fill out the necessary paperwork. Unlike other fast food chains, Taco Bell does not require a quiz and the interview process should be the same at each location.
